APIShort (apishort.com) is a transparent API proxy service that forwards requests to third-party short drama streaming platforms in real-time. We are not a content host, content provider, or streaming service.

Our service acts solely as a technical intermediary, passing API requests from our users to upstream platforms and returning the responses without modification. We do not store, cache, index, or reproduce any content from the upstream platforms.

2 Content Ownership

All content, data, metadata, media files, thumbnails, descriptions, and other information accessible through the APIShort proxy belongs exclusively to the respective platform owners and their content licensors. This includes but is not limited to content from:

  • ShortMax, ReelShort, DramaBox, FlexTV, CubeTV, StardustTV
  • BlinkDrama, StoryReel, DramaWave, NetShort, GoodShort
  • DramaBite, Melolo, PineDrama, Drakula, Vigloo
  • VibeDrama, and all other platforms accessible through our API

APIShort claims no ownership, affiliation, or endorsement from any of these platforms. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners.

3 No Warranty

The APIShort service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness of data
  • Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Warranties that the service will meet your specific requirements

Upstream platforms may change their APIs, rate limits, or data structures at any time without notice, which may affect APIShort's functionality.

4 Third-Party Content

APIShort does not control, curate, or verify the content provided by upstream short drama platforms. We have no editorial control over the dramas, episodes, categories, descriptions, images, or any other data returned by the upstream platforms' APIs.

We are not responsible for any content that may be inaccurate, offensive, inappropriate, or otherwise objectionable. Users access third-party content entirely at their own risk.

5 API Data Accuracy

All data served through APIShort is fetched directly from the upstream platforms in real-time. We do not modify, filter, enhance, or verify the accuracy of any data passing through our proxy.

Data accuracy, availability, and format are entirely determined by the upstream platform. Inconsistencies, errors, or missing data in API responses originate from the source platform and are outside our control.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APIShort and its operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the API service
  • Any data or content obtained through the API
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your API key or data
  • Decisions made based on data received through the API
  • Service interruptions or downtime caused by upstream platforms
  • Changes to upstream platform APIs that affect service functionality

7 External Links & Platforms

Our API provides access to data from external third-party platforms. APIShort is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, or policies of these external platforms. Accessing upstream content through our API does not imply any endorsement of those platforms by APIShort.

8 Fair Use & Intended Purpose

The APIShort service is intended for legitimate development purposes only, including building applications, research, data analysis, and personal projects. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the API complies with all applicable laws and the terms of the upstream platforms.

APIShort expressly prohibits the use of its service for:

  • Unauthorized redistribution or commercial resale of upstream content
